The Lakes community offers quiet country living in a beautiful natural setting of 632 wooded lots and beautiful homes surrounding four pristine lakes within a 1080-acre forest.
We have two boat ramps, a community park, picnic area, a community clubhouse, and plenty of wildlife to observe while walking or biking 15 miles of paved roads throughout our secluded wooded community tucked peacefully away from the outside world.

2026 Voting Ballots for your Cumberland Lakes Property Owners Association will be, for the majority, Electronic (email) this year! Your Board of Directors voted to utilize an outside, & secure, company during our February Closed Meeting. The minutes of that meeting were sent to members. The Bylaws Amendment, drafted by your POA Attorney, is attached for your viewing here and will be part of your Ballot this October. We look forward to finally moving into the 21st Century!
